I am so excited to announce that I am bringing back my weekly family friendly dinner plans! In 2017 I co-created Take Back the Kitchen, a weekly meal plan service for Beachbody customers. It was a huge hit and I was lucky enough to be welcomed into hundreds of homes each week for nearly two years. I have missed creating these weekly family plans and I've heard that many of you have too! I'm finally ready to relaunch- and the best part is I can offer it to everyone now through my membership site!
I've been a dietitian for almost 10 years and most of my experience comes from working with families to promote healthy eating. My passion is helping families find joy in cooking at home, trying new recipes and eating dinners together. Nutrition is so important to our health and I truly believe that it starts with eating together at home! I would love to help your busy family by taking away the stress of meal planning. Let me do the hard work for you. All you have to do is shop for the ingredients and have fun cooking! I'll support you along the way with access to our private Facebook group where you can ask me questions and share your experiences.

How it works
Month to Month membership: $19.99 per month, cancel at anytime
Each week on Wednesday by 8 pm CST, I will upload the weekly meal plan on my membership site for you to download or print.
You'll get access to a private Facebook group for members only where I'll be sharing cooking videos, Q&A, favorite products, etc to support your needs.
Please note that these meal plans are not personalized for each family but I will offer guidance on how to make them work for most dietary needs.
