About Monica Hoss
Monica Hoss is a Registered Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Nutrition Science. Her passion is empowering others to cook at home and teaching them how to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She is the founding dietitian for Take Back the Kitchen, a meal plan service that has helped 1500 families eat healthier.
You might find Monica eating a vegan grain bowl or you're equally as likely to find her eating pizza and wine. She lives in the Twin Cities with her husband Chris and two young kids, Luca and Lila.
Monica worked as a public health dietitian for several years before making the leap to the world of nutrition and wellness coaching.
